A multi-phase renovation reimagining an existing desert home to improve flow, light, and everyday livability.

The design expands the kitchen into a custom dine-in space, introduces a third bedroom, and reconfigures the floor plan to establish a more intuitive relationship between kitchen and living areas while connecting the main house to the detached garage.

A warm, restrained material palette reflects the surrounding landscape.
